About Us

We are an organizational development consulting practice established locally in Hawaiʻi in February 2019. Our firm works with organizations, from small to large, who are looking to create systemic change around how they work with their people to achieve their mission. With a strong grounding in island culture, we utilize our knowledge and experience in organizational change and leadership to help leaders and organizations achieve their people transformation goals. Our vision is grow the capacity of people to be self-aware, emotionally intelligent, equity-minded and passionate changemakers, and for the spaces we work in to be places where people thrive.
